TERMS & CONDITION : 

* Room charge included Government & Hotel Service tax at AUD.(All other expenses will be on guest own account).

* Any amendment to booking after hotel voucher issued will be subjected to penalty.

* No Refund for any shorten stay execpt accompanied by letter or statement issued form the hotel upon check out as proof.

* In case of no show, no refund can be made.

* Hotel reservations will be held until 6:00 pm of the day of check-in unless the hotel is informed late arrival in advance.

* Above conditions are subject to change according to the international hotel policy without any prior notice.

訂房條款/備註 :

* 房間費用己包括當地政府及酒店稅項 (其他額外費用需由客人自付).

*訂房確認後,如有任何更改,須每次收取手續費.

*客人已經入住洒店,如有更改或縮減住宿晚數等,必須得到洒店給予客人證明文件,並經本公司查核方可辦理退款.

* 如客人沒有按時入住,所有房費將不予退還.

* 預訂之房間會保留至當日下午六時,未有收到通知延遲抵店的要求時,酒店有權取消該訂房,本公司對此恕不負責.
